Eligibility for Returns:
You may return unworn, unused, and undamaged jewelry within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Exclusions: Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please double-check sizing details before ordering.
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging and tags still attached.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item shows signs of wear, damage, or alterations.

To start a return, please email us at hello@shoponyxrow.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning your item.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is damaged or defective. Please use a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed, depending on your payment provider.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original purchase and place a new order for the item you'd like.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@shoponyxrow.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
